Rent direct accounts

A rent direct account can help a member to ensure that the money to pay rent is available when it is needed. All he or she has to do is to arrange for payments to cover the rent are paid into the account regularly. These can be contributions from the member, Housing Benefit/Housing Allowance or a combination of the two. Arrangements can be made for Housing Benefit/Housing Allowance to be paid directly into the account. When the rent is due, provided there is enough money in the account Essex Savers will pay it directly to the landlord.
